About Us

Good Ventures is a multi-award winning British organic beauty manufacturer, specialising in natural and organic skin, body and hair care. We blend oils, butters and natural actives into healthy, beautiful beauty products that make a difference in the way people feel and the condition of their skin. 

We are unlike many cosmetics companies - we make all our own products, here in our eco friendly wind powered studio in Radlett, Hertfordshire. All our products are made in small batches and we don’t have any production lines. Our small friendly team carefully crafts every bottle.

The Creative and Content Lead role 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative and Content Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. You’ll own all creative elements of both the Evolve Beauty and our new brand launching in Spring 2021, as well as the greater brand vision, in line with our Brand Guidelines. 

You could call this role our new Brand Guardian. 

You’ll excel in this role if you have this type of Content lead and/or Brand Guardian experience:

  • 3-5 years experience as Creative Manager, Content Manager or Brand Guardian in a skincare, beauty, retail or premium environment 
  • Solid experience of photography and video direction, website and social media needs
  • Experience of social content creation, including imagery, video and stories and able to work within a small marketing team who support in the content creation
  • Your working and management style works well within a small, entrepreneurial team
  • Be able to think creatively to deliver with tight budgets and timescales 
  • Be a strong 'people person'
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and comfortable acting independently whilst also able to develop company-wide relationships
  • If you don’t have skincare/beauty industry experience, you’ll be able to show your passion for what we do and how we’re trying to do it

With you on board, our brands will shine with a more consistent message. Your core function in the team will be:

  • Ensure all creative elements sit within our brand guidelines
  • Take ownership of key creative projects for the business from product launches to photo and video shoots
  • Lead and develop content creation, mood boards, retail requirements and new brand concept ideas to elevate brand launches and bring them to life 
  • You’ll manage and nurture our junior designer whilst reporting into and working closely with the Head of e-Commerce and Digital Marketing  and the CEO
