Returns and Refunds

We offer a 90 day returns policy. Please contact support@evolvebeauty.co.uk and we will send you a returns form. If your product arrives broken please tell us within 14 days to ensure we can help with your request.

Discounts

Unfortunately our offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

We offer regular discounts. Sign up to our newsletter to receive them.

On Computer - When you click 'checkout' a new page will load, and on the right hand side a box will appear which will enable you to put your discount code in.

On Mobile - On a phone or tablet, click the 'show order summary' dropdown at the top of the page, and that will load the discount box.

Shipping and Delivery

Our EU website can deliver to countries across the EU (and some European countries outside the EU).

Our new EU warehouse is based in the Republic of Ireland, so EU customers will not have to pay customs charges. However, for non EU countries in Europe customers are responsible for paying their own customs charges.

Evolve Products

Some of our products do contain allergens. Please find complete ingredient lists on the product pages. If your allergy is not listed below, please contact us.

Gluten - In Skin Saviour Body Oil. The rest of the range is gluten free.

Soy - We use tocopherol in some of our products. It is derived from soy, and therefore not suitable for soy allergy sufferers.

Nuts - We use two types of nuts in some of our products: Macadamia Oil and Almond Oil. They can be found on our ingredients page under the names Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil and Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil.

Some of our range is certified COSMOS organic. We are working on getting certification for the rest of the range.

All of our products are at least 98% natural. We put the organic and natural % on each product page.

All of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

We do not add palm oil as an ingredient to any of our products, however some of the actives or functional ingredients we use derive from palm oil. All of our suppliers have switched, or are in the process of switching to RSPO Palm Oil.

All of our products are vegan, paraben, phthalate and cruelty free.

We only use 100% natural fragrances. Some come from essential oils, natural extracts (cacao, vanilla), Flower Waters (orange flower, rose flower, cucumber water) and some are a natural blend of various materials (they can be essential oils or fractions of it isolates distillates resins).

Unfortunately, the tocopherol used in some of our products is not suitable for soy allergy sufferers as it is derived from soy.

Some products in our range contain the fragrances Linalol or Limonene and for this reason cannot be considered pregnancy friendly. The fragrances come from our natural fragrance blends, and are not recommended for use in pregnancy.

None of our products contain ingredients we know to be harmful to breastfeeding mothers, however we advise checking the ingredients list with your doctor before use.
